So you reckon I should be right to pop it all open and swap them over without doing the gaskets? Hmmm... May give it a try today. Haha
I'm honestly a massive noob regarding spark plugs and my mate has done it on his 6a13 but not a 6a12... Hence why we are a touch unsure.. Lol

Its the same mate. Just a different intake manifold, but it comes off the same way & the gasket is metal. You don't need to take the rocker covers off, so there's no need for rocker cover gaskets or plugs seals unless you got a leak somewhere.

Im home this morning if you wanted to borrow the plug socket & i can talk you through it.

If your plugs have oil on them you should replace the plug seals. Bursons can get in a valve cover kit for 75 bucks which includes the rocker cover gasket.

But waste of time doing it if there's no leak

Mate I did it without replacing them.. Although one of my seals is going so I will need to do them very soon.
And as for bursons having anything for the FTO.. well I called them and they said that the car wasnt on their system and so they couldn't help me..

If you have oil on your plug defiantly change it. Um it's listed on their site and I have purchased one before. Ask for a Permaseal RC3022K rocker cover kit.
