Were getting close to secureing a deal on this property now, our offer was turned down and they made a counter offer of 950.00 we said that we wouldant go over 900.00 and that was our final offer.
They then dropped to 927.00 we said nope then they dropped to 920.00 and we said nope again, then it came down to 910.00 and were currently thinking about it
