Ok, I just picked up a 1994 FTO with no rust, so problem averted.
However, A/C is cactus

Take the roof lining off and take the glue out as if it hasn't rusted yet then it will if the glue is still in there
What's the issue with the ac
Most likely causes are compressor or condensor
