Totally not practical mate.
As for wheels, if I have the $$$, these are pretty practical:
17x8" with 225 tyres with +33 offset.
Lenso D1R, ProjectD series, Silver / Black with red lip.

its either that or i remodel my driveway

I had a similar problem with my old car but it had 14's on it.That front bar looks awesome and i am not usually a fan of things like that, but whats the point of having it if you scrape it in your driveway lol 18's should help but you would probably still scrape a bit but i have seen 19's on these cars, you would have to roll the fenders of course and do some other stuff but it just means more money lol btw that lhs fender is looking good lol.

even if u raise it the bodykit (assuming that your gonna put side skirts on) will be different hights yeah? and dont know about nsw but here we have to have a height of 10cm(laden) which is about 12.5 unladen. i have 17's with 40 profile and they sit just higher than stock and your mags do look like 16's maximum.
your car looks like it has standard springs on it but u gotta take into account it will look about a cm higher with the side skirts off so it may be lowered just a tiny bit. maybe get coilovers if you dont wanna spend heaps gettin it bagged. and if you do go 18's you wont be able to get your speedo accurate and if u do u will have the lowest profile tyre and they will cost heaps.
whats with the indicators and you dont have fogs now:(
stock is 16*45 and i think i have 17*40(or maybe it was 16*50 and 17*45) it rasies the car nearly a cm if that helps

I'm sorry man no disrespect or anything but that's just all wrong. If you can't see it someone needs to point it out to you...
Firstly height legality. First cop who sees you is gonna put you off the road. You need minimum 10cm clearance (depending on state). To achieve that clearance means raising your car 10cm+. This raises the centre of gravity and reduces the handling performance of the car.
And I assume you have matching side skirts to go on it, same depth? Otherwise it's never going to look any good. But even if you did raise it enough to be legal I'd predict the handling would be atrocious!
The bar itself looks OK it's just too deep. Maybe take it somewhere and see if you can have a section taken out of it. If this can't be done I'd be getting rid of it. Just my 2 cents

^^ hmm OK I take it back, a set of 18's and the rest of the kit and it'd probably look OK, but i'd still be concerned about the handling, but it depends what you want out of it I guess, clearly I'm biased towards performance over looks though

This.
Sorry but that front bar is beyond hideous, I have no idea what people see in it besides a complete ugly ricer look :\

looks alright if you chop the bottom off but it will just look like its missing a peice as some aftermarket front bars are 2 peice like the veilside 1, maybe put a front mount intercooler there aswell..... good excuse to get a turbo lol

I reckon if you were able to cut out that first section below the indicator it would look OK, and would be about the correct height for the car then. Similar to xj265's pic. Looking at it shouldn't be too hard for someone who knows what they're doing.

ill take a pic of how it sits on flat road its about 10cms off the ground so bigger wheels may get me a extra few cms
my driveway is just sh*t it is angled then goes flat pretty much where the house starts
i dont really want to cut this that would be the last option
now i just need to find money to buy some rims
just think with my kit this low it will change how i drive ( may improve it may make me think befor doing stuf and slowing down )

o yeah i dont think we took into account that the pic was taken whilst the car was not on level ground. is that 10 cms with no1 in it? coz thats prob illegal. but yeah if its still 10 cms some bogger wheels should do the trick
