well a little update on this situation...
It appears that this bloke "James" is genuine. He told me that he was going to get a guy to come and inspect the bike today and I just got a call from Paul from motorcycle inspection services. I thought it was a bit funny so I google the compand and it does exist. The contact number on the site matched the number Paul called me from.. hmm legit so far.
I still dont get the part where I was told by "James" that he was in Afghanistan etc etc....
The guy coming to inspect it is coming over at 1130 so we'll see how it goes. If I dont post on here again you guys can assume Ive been beated to a pulp for four blokes and had my bike stolen.
Wish me luck!

well the motorbike inspector was genuine. Said my bike was in good nic despite the crash. I was upfront and told him all the facts about accident showed damaged parts etc.
Now to see if the buyer is genuine...
a lot of the scammers on that site you posted supplanter are in contact via email. My bloke calls me with a private number.
Next time I get a call ill ask for his contact number

even payal status shows "completed" and money appears in your account. It can always be reversed due to problems on the payer side. It happened to me like 2years ago. Payapal not always safe.
Use cold hard cash man! The buyer came over to view my old falcon wagon and gave a stack of $50 notes worth 4k. It takes some time to count them over but its the safest.
