Exactly what we were thinking.. Location, Location, Location.
And more or less the whole street is Heritage listed so you know what things are going to look like in 10 years.
I'm so glad the previous owners did all the renovation stuff I imagine it's a real headache dealing with council regulation etc.

Yep, heritage listed would of meant a lot more paperwork for the builder/renovation firm which would of meant more $$$.
