;) Thanks dude.
Gholdwayne wrote:wow this is monster effort man, i never thought you would go for a full respray and fix those small body imperfections, thats good man! and if you're going for a respray, are you staying with the stock pyranese black ? pretty sure it wont be too expensive as it looks like an easy color for paint
Heh, I'm like my father, a perfectionist when it comes to things that I love ;) .. Not sure about the respray was just an idea - if i could I would go for a blacker-black o_O.. Haha.I heard the BMW black is nice but anyway.... Thats just....... too far away to think about right now, too much other sh*t to fix T_T

Aight, update;

Since I got my car back my sunroof won't close at all, (it used to close when I helped it along) but now whenever it shuts it just opens again T_T..
I rang up the shop & told him and he said just undo the bolts etc etc move it a little n try, nps i'll do that later, and told him about the 3 imperfections in the paint that I wasn't too happy with and he said he's more then happy to fix it as soon as it stops raining up here.

Can't wait to get everything fixed and out of the way.

Thanks guys,
Kustom.

would the sunroof fully close then open again ? or does it open again on the way to closing ? it used to happen to me, from fully open, i'd close it, then about 3/4 of the way through it would go back to fully open, and the problem was a tiny piece of plastic was semi broken and it was blocking the sunroof's closing, so what i did was i just fully broke that tiny piece off , it looked like a tiny ramp thing i think to guide the sunroof to get fully flush, you might have the same problem, then again, you might not..

We have 235x45 on the rear, but they did scrub up the front.
We ended up putting 215x45s on the front, so the rear end looks more chunky with the wider tyres.

Ahh okay, I guess i'll see how I go then :)

Okay....
So I just got back from some guys down here that install Sunroof's, They were nice enough to help me out and diagnose my problem, and I have a broken piece, its like above the rail and supports the ... uhh thing that goes on the rail (that holds the sunroof) and without it it just won't work. The passenger side one works fine, I will take the sunroof out again to take some pictures, probably get onto that tomorrow, see if dwayne has one and if not its to the wreckers for me to try to find a FTO w/ a sunroof... heh.... chances?

Aight guys will let you know how i go,
Thanks!

similar problem to mine, yet totally different :o

man taking out the sunroof by yourself and putting it back on, maaan, goddamnit. would make such a great weight reduction item.

And even with the stock suspension in, its monster truck all aruond but the front bar is still reasonably low, I had to put some planks on my driveway to get in :(.. I can't angle it too much on my driveway due to hedges lol.

This is how low it is ... Image I just chucked the chips there so you can see.. lol
