If they only started the car and didn't let it warm up it could be just moisture getting into the oil. Keep an eye on it but it doesn't sound as nasty as it first did.

correct I know of many cases where people have let car just sit and residue does get into oil

So yeah drive for a while longer do another oil change and coolant flush will help then see what goes on, oh the screeching will be alt/powersteer belts

Looking good atm. The oil levels have dropped to normal standards, in between the grooves. Just topped up water though. Hope it's not due to the water running out.

You seem to be topping up your water a lot, you dont top up water regularly man, its normally a 2 to 3 month thing, and it doesnt really drop even then.

I think your in denial lol, go get it checked.

I loose the smallest bit of water every week (maybe 20ml) but only because I removed the filler spout and forgot to use gaset goo before I put it back on  and too lazy to redo it

The water seems to be used for the wipers instead of coolant though its stated coolant there. Weird.. I've been using it for the past few weeks and I only noticed a drop when I use the spray on the windscreen. Might have to get it check. Engine oil levels seem normal and the milky colour is gone... For now... Hope all goes well...
