awesome thread but 1 question does it work the same with those who dont have climate control?

Hey guys, i've completed this mod on my Legnum, which has the same climate control unit as the FTO does, and i found that if you use T5 LED's behind the screen, you'll get spotting, however if you pop to Bunnings and grab a white paint pen, then give the top of the LED globe(the T5's have a flat top face) 2 light coats with the paint pen, it virtually eliminates any spotting..
it does make the globe duller, obviously (I used Blue for the screen, and its a little hard to see in glarey conditions) but at night looks beaut and as i said, no spotting!

hey is it just me or is it only the bulb on the left side of the screen that works?? cause thats whats happening with mine, and it seems so the same on your pic?

Leds are polarity sensitive as well
