nah doubt it. Any warranty/guarantee period would have ended by now anyways. I'd never seen it up on a hoist so didn't realise how shoddy it was. There was no obvious loss in power though. I didn't bother getting a more expensive one as no matter what i did to the exhaust it still wouldn't have the same get up and go of a manual FTO. I also still have the original exhaust you can have if you want it.
