I appreciate your help & everyone's help & advice, what I'll do is when i get my car from the panel shop, ill tell the same mechanic that even though i moved the number plate, the temperature is still going up, so he can fix the stupid problem & hope it doesn't cost anymore $$$...well the car is an GR 95...so yeh its old...but a couple of years ago, i did replace the water pump, & also her did replace the thermostat 2 months ago, so hopefully its not both of them cause it did cost a lot to fix..ahhh....i might just sell the car & get something else....take careSchumieFan wrote:agreed, there is no way its the number plate, the car sucks in air from everywhere not just the front, and the FTO has a huge radiator its just not possible..
either youve got a block in your radiator (take the cap off and see if there is any rust in the water)
or faulty thermostat
or the waterpump is going... how old is the car? as this is likely but expensive and annoying to fix, especially if youve had to replace the thermostat before...
