LOL, it's easy to gloat when you have the engine on your way... so jealous :( . Don't discount the 4g63t, the motor can handle over 20psi and there are trade secrets concerning with timiing. Can achieve around 290kws atw no problem on this motor with stock internals and stock turbo!! Although 2.5l's, 6 cylinders and turbo is a recipe for massive power too.

Soo ill name a few MITSUBISHI engines and you list them from 5 being worst power to 1 being most power

6A13tt
4G63 (no mivec)
4G63t (mivec + turbo omg)
6G72tt (no chance of fitting this one?)

With my limited knowledge:

1) 6A13tt - Been done before.. Plenty of power... good torque...
2) 4G63 (no mivec) - No mivec = nice and simple to tune plus cheaper
3) 4G63t (mivec + turbo omg) - Little bit more complex but still good for power
4) 6G72tt (no chance of fitting this one?) - No chance... plus sh*t for upgrading... and heavy as hell

He may have a chance getting this in if he cuts through his firewall.

Anyone had a serious look at the 4B11 yet?

Hey so what's so special about the Frankenstein engine? As in, why not have an entire 6a13 rather than half? .__."

This way, he can still have all the bottom end power of the 6A13, while keeping the stupidly high revving mivec screamer style top end.

Bet that would be an awesome combination..

ohhh,

mad...i just made the assumption that the 6a13 revs to 8500 fuel cut as well, i think i read somewhere ?

The key to the 6A13 is the bottom end. All Mitsubishi factory turbo motors come with bullet proof bottom ends, including nitrided cranks and monster oil pumps.
