Not sure if they'd be doing the same, but just FYI...

The GPX kit used to have the big moulded pipe, the GR version had a corrogated flex pipe.

GPX kit came with a Unifilter pod. GR came with a K&N pod.

GPX:

GR: (Will get a better pic later - breather filter not part of kit!)

Got mine a while ago for a GR, and defiantely recommend them. Never had any problems with my heat shield either - looks like they sorted the fragile problem.
If you can't dazzle them with dexterity, baffle them with bull...

Shame. That GPX intake pipe was one of the best on the market performance wise.

+2, you won't regret it if performance is what you're after.

Yeah the price doesn't really effect me.

I just really want that intake pipe. How many do we need to get them made and what would be the price.

If this falls through is anyone with a intake pipe interested in seeing how much it would be to replicate it? Or is this running into some rather serious patenting issues?

Last time i checked with them they said we'd need atleast 10 ppl to want to buy to be able to order the piping.
Will probably give them a call 2 morrow to confirm if we get 10+ how much it will be!
Depends how lazy i am, given there hasn't been 10 ppl who want it seriously yet..

hey, im still seriously interested, been away for a week .. so no posts

how'd you go calling them? i spoke to them the other day and he said its as straight up as 10 people and its done. He said they make them up in batches and that last time it took 3 years to sell all the fto ones... so thats why they wont do it for one or two people and also why their not wont do anything about the dollars, needs to be worth it for them.

I also called some other places... couldn't find anything :(
