If your willing to pay over $2-3,000 for a paint job im pretty sure they'll do the inside engine bay for you as well , so i wouldnt be surprised if its a expensive Paint Job it recieved.

Or the cheaper option is to get a GPX add the Blue GPvR seats. The struts he has isn't the normal vR.

It'l cost you more then 2-3k to do a full re-spray inlcuding taking out the engine and spraying the bay ...

the glen's easier to get parking at than knox,
and there's some pretty good cafe's there too.
