Fuel tank just get second hand, fuel pump you can get from alco or camskill (which is an uprated) im talking with them now to find out how much better it is over the stock pump. From memory the stock pump on FTO are pretty good anyway. But ill let you know how i go.

Just browsing through and came across this. See how much a second hand fuel tank will be but also get a quote as to how much it would be to get your current fuel tank sand blasted. Might work out cheaper/better/easier. Goodluck anyways

Ok found some Walbro pumps about 130 bucks which is an awesome price considering you will not ever need to worry about fuel supply.

Why do you need a new fuel tank

If its got crap in it, then just pull it out & clean in it. I wouldn't bother with an uprated pump either, considering the stock unit only ever works at 60% capactiy at full throttle anyway. An uprated pump will just put unnesseccary back pressure on the FPR.

clean fuel pump filter and re fit Labour total $335

Additional comments
Noted excessive rust/water in Fuel tank
Fuel pump output is on teh low side.
Also told me that the fuel filter has never been changed or cleaned. (no logbooks)
And also from their ultrasound inspection, the fucked up injector was only running at 20% from all the sediment buildup.
Hi there,
Do you have any details on the Service Injectors that you got installed. I have never heard of these before and can't find any links to them for replacement. Any chance you have Mitsi Part Numbers ?
Thanks a lot.
