Looking good Ben (aka Sugar).

Got to say i'm a fan of the rims as well and seeing i just got a black car, i'll be looking towards the same rim as they set the black paint off.

With 8 inch wide rims you are going to have some major scrubbing, especially seeing the car is lowered, i had the same problem with mine.

If your interested, let me know and and i'll tell you how to eliminate the problem.

Will be good to see the bar all done and fitted, i have arranged for this to be done for you.

Actually how do you get rid of scrubbing?

I was thinking of going with 19" rims (changing from my 18s) and lowering the car by an inch but pretty sure that'd be Scrubtown all over the wheels.. so thought I'd just drop it back down to 17" so my car be half an inch lower. Atm it's half an inch too high, if I drop it an inch it'll be too low and can't get it into my driveway :?

I had 18x8 rims on my car whch i didn't really want to go as i knew of the problems i was going to have but when i saw them on the car i couldn't say no.

With 17x7 inch rims and the standard 16x6.5 rims, i had no problems.

When i dropped the car two inches it was so low that i couldn't even turn the front wheels.

But, after getting under the car one day (well, walking under a hoist), i saw an easy way to stop the scrubbing that cost me nothing but 30 minutes labour and i never had a problem since then.
