have to find someone to come with me (the friend that was going to come with cant make it cos of work), and organise somewhere to stay. might borrow some fishing gear off a friend too.

sry about how long it took me to get this sorted.

yeah i think we r both bringing the missus. i think the boys weekend idea went out the window a while ago... the gf is the only one i can confirm on such short notice. we are meeting at 9:30 on saturday morning and driving down. we'll hopefully be there by 4pm your time on saturday.
just look up our numbers on the members database thingo thread in the qld section. yeah thats right we are not only more keen on event, not only did we win the award for the club at AS (i may or may not have shown up for it :opps: ), we are even more organised :D (and i'm too lazy to do the extra few mouse clicks atm lol)
but u might have to PM us your number though :D

Yeah, it was good to meet you both too. We had a wicked time. Yang, you should have stuck around for the karts man. It was a mission to find them but karts + rain = drift and mayhem! Si and I managed to snap our chains on the same lap! Haha! I’ll put some pictures in the gallery section sometime today. Si, I didn’t get the picture you sent MMS to me, can you email it please? Also, guess what was waiting for me when I got home? Yep, my PS3, woot! I think I made the same noise that I made when I had a good hand at poker!

Yeah, we had a wicked time.

We stayed in Park Beach, just down the road from Coffs Harbour, right across from the beach.

Highlights

Me and Mrs AJ went jet skiing on Saturday afternoon and to the dolphin show in the morning. I had to park on grass and when leaving did a huge burnout on it, my car was covered in mud for the rest of the weekend.

Nearly being sick at the fun fair after a big dinner.

Dodgem cars.

Drinking vodka and playing poker 8) :drunken:

Throwing up :puker:

Asking where all my vodka was the next day. Seeing the nearly empty bottle and asking who had drunk it all and getting told by everyone that it was me.

NSW beating QLD in the pool comp :hb:

Cold Rock and the crazy rice woman, HAHA!

Karts!

Hand brake and J turns after go karts.

Simon has a great picture of us in front of the Big Banana, not as “originalâ€

yeah a bit sad that i had to leave early, i was just feeling like crap... i decided to catch up on the drinking on sunday night.... think i caught up to aj... only then realised that i had to drive the whole way home on monday lol

pitty i missed out on the karts, well there's always a next time i guess lol

we stayed at beachlanders, about 100m away from where aj stayed.

things to add to the highlights:

getting lost each time we went anywhere.

letting msw win the pool comp since we were beating them in everything else

aj and mrs aj still owe simon $5 each ;)

QLD winning in poker.

um... aj's poker noise....

the big banana photo that's still on simon's phone (post it up already slacker)

i say we try to organise something like this again,, maybe with a few more ppl this time :P
