Yeah I'm keen sounds like a fun road trip and it has been way too long since I've last been camping. Should start a new job in the new year so can't see their being a problem getting some time off around then.

Interstate interest

Actually with the interest, im thinking of adding a wakefield park day to the mix (To maybe entice a few more of the interstate people). Wakefield park is about 1.5 hours from the property (with the Clyde mountain pass inbetween) and I could either make it before or after. I have a mate that used to drive at bathurst that now does advanced driver training that I think I can even rope into it.

sounds interesting...its overnight yea ? as in only one night ?

as for those who dont like nature..i have found a sick way to sleep in a "small" (i fit 5 ppl in my one and drove over 10km's and everyone was comfortable) fto...basically you get one of those blow up mattress things...put your front seats back as far as they go...then put the mattress on top and sleep on the matress...trust me..it works...pretty comfortable if you dont move when you sleep (lol)...
