i agree with poor customer service being hard to prove. Nothing much i can do about that. But i will say that dont buy cars from dealers along parramatta rd, hehe
Hope that isnt too obvious

Good idea only problem is that if you accuse a place of poor customer service or bag them out in any way you'd better be ready to back it up. Cause if they read it then they'l be happy to see your ass in court! Even though I reckon its bulls**t cause if your a bad dealer you deserve a bad review.
I couldnt agree more thats why you just say XYZ company: I wouldnt use them again
or I wouldnt go back or i wouldnt recommend them etc etc etc.
come on use some common sense i not saying rip through no holds barred

A business did try to take FTOA to count before and like i said, this is a public forum.

but i will also say watch what you say about car yards or any place on a public forum you can get slammed hard in court by them .

Ok settle down ppl, you can not get sued for saying on a public forum, i would not deal with XZY company again, sure do not go in details. my girlfriend works for a law firm
