Nah it was a fair hit, I never pay for parking there, always run the gaunlet... was bound to happen eventually
Now I play the taxer payer game... wait for the reminder, send in a blank cheque, wait for second reminder, get "Im sorry your cheque was blank" letter etc etc...
You know, make 'em earn the ticket value
