i was up to version 4 with it, but there were still inperfections in the fibreglassing, which is not normally a problem, but since i want it to be translucent...
each stage has been getting slightly better, but i was doing it the lazy way, now i think i'll do it the proper plug - mould - piece way, which would take much longer.
atm, i'm going to use the rolling shell for parts to return my car's interior back to stock, i.e. unpainted panel pieces and put a glove box back in.
and after that i'm going to start making parts the proper way.
i'm actually suprised that you dug this thread up lol

What are doing with rolling shell once you have stripped it, i may know someone who wants it

i'm using it to build that 4wd dream of mine, the reason why i'm using things out of it now is because by the end of it pretty much every part of that car is going to be custom made out of fg/cf.
still dont know how i'm going to get it registered yet but, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it lol
