FTO AUSTRALIA

utterly gutted ............... got my car back after nearly 2 weeks off the road and on the way to work ... started loosing power ... and same symptoms as when the alternator was going ....

The Problem is I have just had the following done to the car :

Remove and replaced heavy duty Clutch
machine fly wheel
Replaced Rear main seal
Replaced Gear box Oil
Replaced Alternator brand New
Replaced Alternator Belt
Replaced R/H/F Driveshaft

So what else could possibly be wrong with my baby ..... Im running out of things to fix yet she is still giving me trouble ?

I really need some insight here and help if anyone can give me some advice ?

Hey Toni, you might want to check the ECU error codes - see if you have a sensor shot or something.

arggghhhhhhhhhhh computers ...... well got my car back to the mechanics this morning just ..... it was apparently the ecu re setting itself after the battery terminals have been off for so long ....
It needed to learnt the new mechanics of eveything they adjusted my idol a little higher to compensate the power drop and she is purring now .... me is a very happy little girl now !!
