Lol Schumie.
Job is never finished.
Found we still have an oil leak... And still that fukuta noise.

Dwayne and Kylie thank you so so much again for hosting the event.
Sorry we didn't get to help out like we wanted, but we are all ever so grateful for all you do for us free loaders :P.

Great to meet some new faces and put a name to a face also.
Hope to see you all next year.

P.s. Enjoy your new nick name BJK ;)

Was an awesome Bonfire once again.

Big thanks to Dwayne and Kylie for hosting and putting up with us.

Was great meeting new members and putting faces to the names.

Have lots of photos and videos, some that will be posted when I get a chance and some that you will need to attend the next bonfire to see.

Thanks to everyone for making it such a memorable event

Thought you might like that shot. Thought I had taken more photos than I actually did. I should have taken more as most of the ones I did take look a little washed out.

Thanks Dwayne and Kylie for the hospitality, and thanks to the SA crew and Technikhaus for making the massive effort to attend.

Well we made it there and back again - just.
Thanks to Tarkus and Supplanter for the escort home, it was a long one (about 13 hours I think) as we had to keep stopping to cool the car and couldn't really go above 80 so thanks for being patient as that must have been frustrating as hell.
Also thanks to Phil for hanging around with us on the way there and letting us pinch all his water and being brave enough to take the rad cap off after my mishap on the way there, and everyone else for advice too.
The car isn't right but we'll get an alloy radiator in and hopefully this will sort the cooling issues.

Thank you Dwayne and Kylie for hosting the event and your hospitality, it's so kind of you and i'm sure appreciated by everyone.
It was nice to put faces to names finally, thanks for an enjoyable event FTOAustralia.

Glad to hear you made it back.
Atleast the thermostat is replaced as that was definitely gone.

As mentioned run some coolant flush right through the engine so it cleans out the muck of all the water galleries.
As also said, perhaps remove the temp sensor and give a good clean so it perhaps read better.

Cheers Astron, just looking at some new Alloy rads at the moment but not sure which to go for (a worley maybe - added to an old thread about it), I think I have a spare temp sensor so will fit that at the same time (the one that goes near the coolant tower - not sure where the 2nd one goes / is for but will find out).

@Rob Furniss, as I was saying at the bonfire, your best bet is two replace the ECU temp sensor and the gauge's temp sensor first. Had the same problem as you've described in my blue GPX.

Again, thank you to Dwayne and Kylie! It was an awesome weekend as always.

I think I left my tent there...

Had a great time, I think this was one of the best ones in a few years.

Great to meet the newbies and see the oldies again for a catch up. Thanks to Dwayne for hosting again.

I'll pop pictures on Facebook as they are taking too long to load here.
