Jack under a breaker bar then. Jack up the breaker bar so it goes in an anticlockwise direction while jacking up breaker bar. Or $20 from Bunnings for a grinder.Bennoz wrote:This ^^^^payaya wrote:Grind the nut off!

Score! Looks like the clutch is basically brand new dude, plenty of meat on it. Got yourself a bargain there.
I also love the stock gauges with the stainless surround, wouldnt opt the 'fto mivec' on it myself but it looks good nonetheless

Yeah, awesome bargain. Cheers Taz
And yeah, I was tossing up between FTO GPX and FTO MIVEC or just FTO. They all looked so good
Overall very happy with the steel plate. Quality!

You did. I mean just the little rubber and or metal grip plates on the bottom (the part that you actually rest your foot on) that need to be stuck onto the bottom of the lever.Taz wrote:Didnt i send you both the brake and clutch pedal? What other pedal do you need?

Re: Daniel's Rookie DIY FTO Build!
Small update. Currently pulling the camshafts out at the moment..
I believe theyre called the camshaft bearing caps - I have all the bolts out, although I'm struggling to get them off. I dont particularly want to start bashing them with a hammer (unless thats actually how youre meant to do it
) Is there some trick to it or do I just need to take a hammer and wood to them?
Edit - Also, am I able to just pull the lead/cord from the oil control valve off or does it need to stay on? It looks like its meant to stay on, and its also still attached in the pictures in the manual, so I have left it together. Just wondering if I can take it off with no issues?
