Oil leaks.. oil leaks everywhere! The oil leak actually helped me get that bolt off hahaha. Just used an adjustable spanner, it was the only thing that I could maneouvre in there really. Couldnt find a 14mm ring spanner.
Will update with pics when I get home. Not sure where to go to from here. Id assume removing the camshafts and going from there? Suggestions anyone?
Progress

Read the manual
Oh wait, didn't I already suggest that
Manual, if done in the same order, suggests camshafts. I was just wondering if anyone with experience would suggest disassembling it another way. Personal experience > theory.

If you can't remove a bolt and have some pvc piping around shove that onto the spanner and don't think pvc is weak, I managed to get a hub nut off the FTO with some and that's the hardest bolt to get off.

What do you mean shove it into the spanner? Im not really following haha.
Cheers for the tip

put it over the end of the spanner to get some leverage on it - as you would a breaker bar

Oh right. I'll give it a go if it ever comes up haha. Ive got a pretty big socket bar so yeah.

So did i till i came up against rusted tight cat bolts, not even an extension bar on it got em loose, still sitting in the garage waiting for the next dump run

Ok to give you an example I had a 32mm socket on my front hub nut with a 20cm breaker bar. Shoved a metre long 5cm diameter PCV pipe on it and I broke loose the hub nut with ease. Give you an example use 2-3 metres of it, and you will just need to put most of your weight on the pipe and you will break a hub nut loose. I always do it at work with a metal pipe but PCV is so strong you wont break it. With ring spanners I use inch wide PCV and it makes loosening bolts so much easier.
Go buy some 5cm PCV you won't break it. Even the smaller sh*t is hard to break. You get so much more leverage out of it its not funny.
I reckon if you double the length of a tool you gain at least 2-3 times the loosening power. Do up a lug nut with your tool, now shove on a bit of pcv and loosen the nut and feel how much easier it is with it!

Put a ring spanner on it and hit the spanner in an anticlockwise way a few times hard. By doing this you are basically doing what an impact wrench does.
When I first started working on cars I struggled on bolts. But I don't think I've gotten stronger, but you just need to learn to use the right tools and learn instead of just getting your hands sore to loosen a bolt you need to try harder to the point of bursting a blood vessel in your head hahah.
I never cop bolts that are too tight, I either get it off or break the bolt. If the air impact wrench at work rated at 1300NM doesn't work we use a 4 metre pole.
The air impact has only failed us once!

Trust me, ive done everything short of hacking away at the bolt, it has welded itself on there over time - just gonna toss the thing not worth the effort to sell a 2nd hand cat...

How long is your extension bar?
No way! Rusty exhaust bolts are easier to brake loose than normal bolts! From the heat they are brittle as well. I can easily brake off any exhaust bolt.
Spray some WD40 and with a breaker bar 30-40cm long, if you aren't a weak bastard you will either loosen it or break it.
Im not going to try an argue what i know is fact as i have been through the ordeal myself.
I have tried everything from a rattle gun to soaking in WD overnight to cold chisels to 1.4M long breaker bars - it is not coming loose, i can undo a crown nut 50x easier
Thats all im saying
