Hi papaya,
I think what Valandis is trying to squeeze all of the power out of N/A FTO with out going forced induction.
Its obvious he cares about power and it frustrating that with cams he doesnt get that much.
I hope he gets the cam right one day.
regards,

"No offence but a near new engine should not be producing 80RWKW period." What do you mean???
Its a different sort of power. Trust me, This engine still has a lot of fine tuning to go. Plus at the moment i love it. The sound is amazing. Everyone comments on how it sounds. Even all the skyline guys. The handling still needs tweaking but its great.
Its exactly what im after. I'm not a turbo boy.

Bahaha my bad. But seriously you can still say the FTO does not produce 80RWKW
But in all honesty, I still give the op credit for going down this path, as not many or any have that I know of. If your happy with the results, then we all are happy

You're dreaming it is DYNO kilowats as was said previously in the thread if you read it like you said you did.

changing the fuel filter might be a good idea if it hasn't been done in a while, i just put a new one in mine and the economy increased drastically

Before I chucked on the turbo, I was getting 630-650kms per tank and thats with a tip box, granny driving. Manual's should get more. If I drove hard done to about 500-530kms

I didn't think you had to do anything, considering the intake manifold and spark plugs would be out?
So just install the compression tester, press the throttle a bit and crank it a few seconds?
