and we need to get it more organised than previous years. some people have lost a lot of money getting the meat etc.

I do not mind going around collecting the money off everyone. And i have some wristbands so we can prove who has / has not paid.
but i do not have much room in my car to transport a lot of stuff.

What we could do is take payments on the day as people get there, then have someone drive to Batemans and buy meat. But people can't be picky, they just provide payment and we go buy enough for that many people + a bit extra.

As always with the bonfire, the more the merrier.

I think the Newcastle convoy is going down Friday night. You're welcome to meet up with the Sydney/QLD guys on Friday night (who will all be staying at my house) or Saturday morning.

Or sort out with the Newcastle guys to go down on Friday.

Us Newcastle folk will be meeting at 9:00am Friday morning and leaving at 9:30am straight for Batemans Bay.

If anyone from Newcastle would like to tag along, that's fine.

Or you can meet up with the QLD crew coming down later in the day and go down to Daniel's place in Sydney for the night.

Or, meet up with the Sydney guys on Saturday morning.
