Yeah my cousin was saying to my brother how when you go out on a trip overseas you just accumulate money. Up to like 100k for 6 months and it just doesnt get touched til you get back.

Advice from my brother, get involved with as many days, excercises, trips and stuff as much as you can. Best way to climb through ranks and become familiar with all your COs.

What I meant by it was that hes better off turning up to optional things that they set up rather than just the compulsory stuff. I dont mean suck up to the COs, I just mean work hard and make sure you go to anything that you can be available for

Yes I do plan on working hard but as aza said and my dad's favourite saying the nail that sticks out will always get hammered lol but seriously I can't wait to go I know it's goin to be difficult but aye do the hard yards early to enjoy life later

Basically when you go out on your trips (I think theyre minimum 3 months now) you dont pay for anything. Everything you earn gets chucked into your account or whatever until you get back. You basically live for free (while working) so to speak and all your earnings are waiting for you in bulk when you get back.

Thats how my cousin explained it, anyway.
