spetz wrote:Bennoz I forgot to ask, with my 1.5 way if I put 1 wheel on grass and the other on pavement, it will still leave a black mark on the pavement on take off. What would your wavetrac do?
I predict on one side, it'll wrench a tonne of soil out & slap it all down the side of the car, while the other side will get coated in hot molten rubber bits & plumes of smoke before catching & sling shotting me into the nearest power pole
That's not a true zero torque test, you may be wheelspinning on the grass, but there is still resistance, hence the marks on the other side. And besides, with Cusco's, if you nail them hard enough, the clutch plates on both sides will lock out & give you traction on both sides for a period.

Are you saying the Cusco would eventually slip?

Yes. Once the initial preload is gone & that side continues to have zero opposing torque force.

Even the stock pump is quite noisy if you drive around with the back seat out...

Covered off one of the many things I need to do in order to get the car ready for engineering.
The engineers dont want to see anything that can change the cars emissions. One such device
that can change emissions?..... the humble boost controller!
So I've hidden the thing in the ashtray Required some cutting & modification to the sterio surround & ashtray, but it fits in well!
But as some of you know, my car has 2 boost settings dialled in, boost group 1 is 10 pound, boost group 2 is 18 pound.
So you can imagine, the second I get in the car, every single day, the first thing I do is flick it over to boost group 2
This is done by a simple push of the button the front of the boost controller. So when mounting it in the ashtray, I got tricky...
Check out the vid

Yep, thats the whole point of it, a light tap of the lid flicks it over to boost group 2

Bennoz, how much boost can the 6A13TT handle, and what is the weakest link?
Are the rods between NA and turbo the same, as is the case with the 6A12 NA and TT?
