Okay, the log is back on!!

So... since i havn't updated in a while I will fill you guys all in.

I'm buying a GPX Manual FTO and giving the black one to my lady.
I will still be fixing it up as planned as we go along.

The car runs out of rego on sunday (20th) .. So I need to get it to a condition where it will pass the repairable writeoff check.

I have put in the rear seatbelts, and the panels missing in the back so I can legally drive with people in the back now ... not that id want to

Will keep you guys updated at how we go. I don't want it off the road for long so gonna try to get it done asap..

Okay, so finally I can continue working on this car as the following happened today

Called out the Sunroof man once again, because I picked up some rails thanks to dstocks (sorry to everyone but i stole the last pair ).
And After taking the hole sunroof module out, replacing the rail.... We were still getting problems making it shut... so after re-alligning it a few times and staring at it, He diagnosed it was the SCU (Sunroof Control Unit) ... So.. long story shot, we cut it out and re-wired a new switch in.

We have lost the ability to *Auto open* though so I just have to hold it to where i want and let go, same for closing. Which doesn't really bother me to much at all so i'm happy with the results.

Nowwwww... Tappets next. Then its down to J&R to finish her off and should be a decent running car.... from there its just cosmetic things ...... And thats all up the mrs.

Nothings wrong with the paint she just needs a good wash ..(couldn't wash her with the sunroof open) ... She's gotta go down to j&r's to geta leak fixed & tappets done... Hopefully they can patch up the exhaust too or something .. Gonna give him a ring tomorrow

Yep.... So today I received a speeding fine for the 10th of april at 7.23am..... On the way to the bonfire with the black car... Was doing 88km/h in a 70km/h area, was 3 demerit points and a $197 fine.

Ouch.

Didnt you already get a couple of speeding fines a few months ago?

That is them.. well one of them. Only just receiving them now.. one more on the way i think.. I was just waiting for them to come because it was still under J's name.
