Make your own? not hard at all to make a short shifter, get out of paying sh*t tonnes for an aftermarket one (although at $55 + shipping this might be the way to go IF it fits...)

Yep, reckon you'd want stainless steel and ceramic coated for that price!

Honestly, I wouldn't bother. You can get better performance from monotubes or correctly valved twin tubes than you can from an adjustable. And besides, how many times are you going to crawl under your car, just to change the valving by a poofteenth?
I'll have an FTO one day... i swear!

until then:
1. 2001 Merc-Benz A160 (porta-loo on wheels)
2. 2007 Peugeot 307 TDi (more fun than you'd expect)
3. 2009 Mitsubishi Triton Di-D (a monster in its own right)
4. 1992 Nissan NX Coupe (club car and project car)
5. 1996 Holden SB Barina - "The Nugget"
6. 1996 Jeep XJ Cherokee Sport - The Budget Build
7. 2010 Toyota Landcruiser 76 Series - V8 Goodness... - Build coming soon.
8. 1990 Audi 90 manual - The delightfully dignified daily driver

I crawl under the car all the times! Lol

By the way, what else do u suggest? I was using kyb excelg for nearly 3 years and the front feels piping when going over humps now.

The price of agx are just a tad more ex so I'm looking at that.

KYB's are some of the best aftermarket OE Replacement shocks around. I've fitted them to vehicles that have gotten small lift kits (~25mm or less) and they've always been successful. Personally I would continue with these unless you honestly feel you could be bothered changing the settings every time you felt the need.

KYBs were in fact Mitsubishis choice for the factory shocks.

The FTOs had em, my RVR had them, and a long list of others sported them rolling off the production line.

So you can't go wrong with them really.
