1. Put one end of hose in neighbour's petrol tank.
2. Suck on other end of hose until petrol is about to come out.
3. Put other end of hose into jerry can.
4. Pack up hose and can when you are finished, or when neighbour chases after you.
5. If you didn't use clear hose, couldn't tell when the fuel was about to come out of the hose and accidently swallowed some, use tic tacs to make your breath minty fresh.
LED ALL the things.

lols sounds like youve been doing that... hahaha im one step ahead... super cheap auto sells a hand pump so you dont have to suck :P
