what engine oil and atf fluid do you use?

Hi everyone,

i've just recently bought an fto =D and i want to know what engine oil and atf fluid to use?

whats the recommended engine oil grade for fto's?

whats the best grade to use? my fto has done 80000kms.

i serviced the car using 5w-40 fully synthentic oil but the engine seems to be noisy then before? am i supposed to use a higher grade say 10w-50?

i also have searched the post for atf fluid but i'm confused to which one to use? the redline stuff i've read is really good but i searched the company site but there is no corresponding atf fluid for ftos?

Most ppl here seem to be in favour of 10-30 oil

10w-30 semi synthetic or fully? what brands are better? so should i drain out the oil that i have now i don't want to damage me baby!?
