better throw in my 2 cents as i have been there before with previous FTO and now going back pretty soon with new FTO.
Had my 100k Service done there, cost just under $1000, thought a little steep, but didnt get a discount and the work was excellent!, car ran smoothest it ever has after seeing them and didnt have single problem until it was sold 1 year later.
Now heading back with new FTO, not looking forward to down time without it but cant wait to see how she runs after.

Okay, I just had them replace brake pads and machine disks.. while there they spotted oil leak and one back caliper is seized...
$192 total... very happy with the work and price...
quote to fix tapet noise AND oil leak $500...quite happy with that.. will be getting them to do that for me next...
Also got new tyres put on... possibly new rims coming next week (18s!!)
sound system install in a week or so too...
