hi i got defected a few months back for having aluminium pedals and having my pod filter not in a case in NSW. But i live in victoria. so i went to vic roads to get it cleared and they said that i need a road worhly certificate before to get my defects cleared.
All i have in my car are :
mivec controller,
veilside kit,
aftremarket stearing wheel.
and it is not very low.
should i have any problems in getting roadworthy?
and ya does any one know any dodgy place near clayton area where i could get a roadworthy easily?
urgent- roadworthy needed

all this stuff will be covered under an insurance claim. recently I got my r33 fixed and it had all of the above plus more and it was cleared easy and I made a 12k+ claim. I seem no problems with it and usually the rwc checks normal stuff like breaks etc. stuff only covered on the list...not ECU type stuff.Hobbsie wrote:height should be fine as long as its high enough to roll a coke can under (approx).. and as for the other stuff that should be ok too.. especially if steering wheel has airbags. dunno about mivec controller though.. issit like a piggyback ECU? cos those are illegal
