SA- Red FTO on Gorge Rd. Twice!!

Post by TCGPX »

Bit of deja vu on this one. Red FTO with what looked like a Veilside kit (bit hard to tell around those corners) on Saturday. Saw you again on Sunday in almost the same spot. Nice to see someone likes the gorge in an FTO as much as I do!

We ALL like Gorge Rd in our FTO's...

So you've been cruising up and down Gorge Rd and you didnt invite the rest of us.... for shame Travis...

There's an open invitation anytime Steve. If your down this way, let me know. I was taking a mate for a joyride, seems that everyone who comes for a ride goes away a walking bulletin board for FTO's. Don't see the harm in converting a few people :D
Just moved to St Peters, the Gorge is just down the road! Found Norton Summit Roads the other day too. Might explain why I just had to replace my brake pad's... that hairpin corner on the cruise wouldn't have helped though

Get some new rotor's - make the world of difference.

And yes - Old Norton Summit Road is BRILLIANT!!! Arguably better than Gorge. Certainly more scenic parts. Love coming down Gorge though - fantastic run.

I've heard they are prone to warping, didn't have the cash at the time. They checked them over and said mine are in pretty good condition. I'll look at changing them next time the brakes go. Till then I'm saving pennies for a decent set of rims.
Norton summit rd was good though. Both of them
