Hey all. What size/type battery goes into the key for the keyless entry?

I didn't even know there was a special key for the FTO for keyless entry
. I just have a normal key and my immobiliser/central locking remote.

I think keyless entry was an option and not standard on the FTO?
I have one key that's without the button and the other with. I never use the button though as I would use the alarm/immobiliser's own remote to arm the car.

Thanx Stephen. I was gonna do that but will it cause problems if I put in the wrong battery (eg to many volts)?

Yeh, I think a couple of the models dont have keyless entry.
