I have my emanage currently in my glovebox but was thinking that if my car was broken into the first place they will look would be in the glove box and all they have to do is cut the wires and they have themselves an emanage !!!
Where do the rest of you guys keep your emanage ?

Well i haven't got one but I think the next logical place is under the passenger seat. I can't remember exactly how big the e-manager is, but from memory its similar to an Alpine brain unit, which can easily fit under the passenger seat.
Or you can make your glove box lockable.

I've got mine in my glove box too but got 4 screws holding it in to the back of it with a slot cut in the side of the glove box for the harness so it's not easy to unplug and the thief would have to remove the whole glove box to take it out.
Ultimately if they want something bad enough they will get it. Under the seat they'll still probably try to rip it out, plus it makes it a little harder to use and you cant read error codes easy if any happen to come up. Also what discouraged me from doing that was having to run extra wire that increases the possibility of something going wrong. But that would be the only other logical place to put it.

its can fit in many places depending on how think the wiring is...mine was quite think and I ended up installing it under the carpet on the passenger side...right up near the centre console. risk of being stepped on etc...but not many ppl wanna go on the car with me
plus the seat is usually way back to stop any normal person stepping on it.
the best thing about that spot its easy access and easy to get at when u want.
