If the gasket blow isnt too bad & hasnt damaged anything else I'd get it fixed.

MAN but i still dont get it. how can i have cooked ma gasket n not spilled oil anywhere. its just the coolant that came out. f@#k why me?

well i thought that would be pretty obvious really, where your gasket has gone is inbetween the water holes and the cylinder on the gasket, i have a picture of a new gasket and they have reinforced around the water holes.

make sense?

hey, that happend to me a few times coz of the hot melb weather....
but i just filled it up and it worked perfectly the next day... :lol:

HI Andie, get your thing checked. My car was overheating a few weeks back, i did the same thing as you i got new coolant n stuff, my car worked fine for about 2 weeks after that, n then bada boom bada bang. Dont wanna scare you or anything, but you know prevention is better than cure. trust me.

but its been like 4 months since it did it , i think its because i have a veilside bumper and i have my numberplate covering my grill .... :?
i think that might be my overheating probems..
hopefully my car is ok since i get it regularly serviced :lol:
