im pretty sure it definite fit for the fto. not sure about the part NO, but u probably can find in the pics. the postage u can get quote from http://www.auspost.com.au,the box size is 40x40x20cm, its about 11.5 kg,and my postcode is 2135, or loacal pickup.thanks.
