A heavy duty clutch generally referrs to a pressure plate with more clamping force - ie clamps the clutch plate to the flywheel harder than a stock unit in order to stop slipping under power. Heavy duty clutches can also have clutch plates with a material on it that has a higher co-efficient of friction that the stock material.

Brass button clutches are heavier duty again, usually with a ceramic type material used on the plate.

Just note, the heavier you go, the more your daily drive-ability will suffer.
