HI All,
I had this in my car the other month.
I had a look at all the cables under the seat. There's a wire that runs from the Seat Belt clip under the seat and dissappears into the carpet.. that's the wire that controls that little red light.. (there's another one on the passenger side)
My found Solution...
Ok, on the right hand side of the drivers seat is a wheel that will make the front of the seat go up and down. Turn the wheel to make the seat front go up and after a few turns you'll notice that the little red light goes out when you're buckled in.
Ok really weird but that seemed to fix it for me.
You might want tp check the wire on the passenger side as well...
Anyway, food for thought
