A few little parts

Post by jez001 »

Hey folks, im after a fog light switch and plug (one that isnt burnt out), a reverse switch (the one that bolts into your gearbox - for a manual), a pair of tailights and a boot light. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Plug

Post by dstocks »

Just out of interest, my switch had burnt out at some stage in the past. When I replaced the switch, even though the plug looked a little worse for wear, it still worked. Before you start buggerising about with trying to replace the plug, try your new switch in it - it may surprise you and still actually work. The burnt colour on the plug is probably more from the heat of the switch buring out than anything within the plug itself.

Just a thought....

I just bought a switch. My plug is also burnt out. If you replace the switch etc, make sure you get a relay put into the fog light wiring etc... otherwise it will burn out again.

Im currently chasing up a new plug 2.
