Whats with the lights

Any ideas as to whats been done to the lights on this:

(a) it could be eyelids

(b) they have painted the surround around the headlights (which are normally black

Its hard to tell without zooming in, but looks like its either of those 2 things

Can you get eyelids in that shape???. I thought they pretty much only came in a shape similar to a banana and made the lights look flatter (crap description I know, but couldnt think of any better way of describing it).

It could be vinyl cut to shape.

You can definately get eyelids in that shape as I have seen them somewhere before.

i think its toyoto supra eyelids, if u pay attention on the edge it sort of got continuation its like has been cut or sumthin coz supra got 3 projectors on the head light.............. fto got one in that shape but looks very neat and tidy.
