piccies
Yes UAS sell something similar, but not exactly the same. The non UAS one is the one available on Ebay for about $170AU. the one below is on auction now. The UAS one does not seem to have as many bits as the one on Ebay.

Ill try to post some piccies up tonight (although mine is woodgrain, not carbon fibre look - I guess it depends on your preferences)
I will say though, that im now looking at getting mine redone at the place listed below as the bits do not fit perfectly and the joins do spoil the look a little (but then maybe im a bit picky)

These guys will custom finish the same parts as the stick-ons do for around $450AU. This means that the bits willl have COMPLETE coverage. Ive sent pictures of all the parts i wanted to get done and this was the quote I got (did not include getting the bits to them or getting them back)

Yeah i email freddy before too, he just tell me to bring the stuff over, & might be cheaper to make them from CF.....hmmmmm don't mind a real CF interior, & i might save 5kg, but could cost couple of grand.

I looked at spraying my interior or changing bits at times, but the thing that held me back is that the FTO interior is so nice as is! its all one coloured and compared to lancers, r33's etc that use cheap looking plastics I think the FTO materials are great as is....
Apart from changing gear (to momo), handbrake and gaitor and adding a few thigns like dials, needle cups and dial rings, I have been pretty hesitant to do anything major. I think in terms of resale as well, leaving the interior as is (and in good clean condition) will really help.

Im with you Euro. Nice wheel & gear nob, maybe a dial or 2 & a nice deck - thats it. Keep the resale value & save yourself ripping the dash apart too many times... that just leads to endless rattlesEURO wrote:I looked at spraying my interior or changing bits at times, but the thing that held me back is that the FTO interior is so nice as is! its all one coloured and compared to lancers, r33's etc that use cheap looking plastics I think the FTO materials are great as is....

Dstocks do you know if the same sort of service exists in NSW? I'd love to get some pieces done but would rather it be local so I could take the console surround in myself as its broken an I would like to know how much extra it would cost to repair it first.
Considering sending away a few small pieces (door cups or something) to get them carbon fibre coated. Thanks to adriano I already have awesome looking CF drink cup and seat belt guides.

Not that I know of. Modicoat in QLD but those guys are expensive$$. I actually have a spare of pretty much everything interior so I am going to either send my spares or make a trip and drop them in.
Just as an aside, when I get this the treatment done (I think this is probably going to be around christmas time) I will be getting rid of the kit you see in the pictures (ripping it off). Rather than ripping it off and throwing it away, if anyone is interested in this look, maybe we can swap your plain black bits for these bits you see pictured.
