Yes you spray the outside of the lights. Just be sure you clean them very thoroughly with metho and spray with plastic primer before you do it. Just start with a light coat and work up to the depth you want...Samson wrote:Where do you actualy spray? On the inside of outside of the light? i tried getting the lens off but to no avail.
Good Luck

Plastic primer helps the paint to adhere to the plastic better. It should be ok though...Samson wrote:All Done... But I forgot the Plastic Primer. Will it make a difference? It Looks Awesome. You will find that the paint will fall off pretty quickly without plastic primer.
Plastics dont allow the paint to bite into them and therefor a primer is used to allow the paint to hold.
If you leave your car in the sun then the paint will have more of a chance of falling off.

Kaz,
They do look pretty snazzy.. I think you forgot to mention one of those important details you gave me when I came over..
Do both the tail lights at the same time or you may end up with one with a different shade to the other?
or was it something else.. i don't quite remember..
oh well, im ready to hit the booze.. uh.. coke.
