Sideskirts

Post by RallyMad »

Hi everyone, I've just noticed something and thought I'd check with you all.
I've got a version R with D'Cautro sideskirts that are a bit worse for wear so I want to take them off and I was just going to leave the car without anyside skirts. Which is when I remembered a thread a while go about a Version R in a Zoom or a High Performance Imports and somebody said it didn't have any side skirts.

Then I thought, hang on, maybe the version R's don't have sideskirts? So I went through all the photos I've got over the last 5 years. I found the version R's did in fact not have the standard side skirts that the GPX's had. Is this the case or are the sideskirts and opinion?

Not sure, but I think you may be right. Mine had Veilside skirts on it when I got it so I can't help ...

I'd actually quite like to swap them for some stock ones...

The stantard Vr don't have any sideskirts. Not even the GPX ones. The VR Aero only has them. I think dcuatro sideskirts look very nice on a facelifted FTO. That is why i want them to put them on mine
