Hya
I am with TORQUE, they can be contacted on 1300 369 769
I have been with them for 4 years now, only one claim (a guy ran into the back of me at some lights) sent in the claim. then the car was repaired whilst I was in India (holiday). ready for pick up on my return to OZ.
I was contacted by the guys insurance, rang Torque and they said just fax it thru to them. All sorted. Then had a follow up call to check it was all done OK.
I am paying about $900.00 fully comp'

Money can't buy happiness, but it can help you look for it quicker, in a convertible.

Shannons

As the ad says - agreed value and choice of repairer. Low excess (like $300 or something).

Probably not the cheapest out there, but to deal with they are fantastic.

I'm with Unique Cars and whilst they're not the most personable to deal with, they were one of the cheapest and in my claim just gone, they have been mostly helpful. Even when more damage was done to my car in the holding yard, the independant assessor tried to tell them I was lying about it and they believed me over him.

That being said, the assessor was a total prick. The panel beater I used says Shannons is the best to deal with and who he personally uses for his Supra.
