18's

Post by dimi »

I Need to know. Will an fto fit 18 inch wheels with 40 profile tyres and lowered. I know it ll fit 35's. I am Refering to rubbing and scrubbing. Does anyone have these, has anyone had their guards rolled to fit the xtra size. Please any info would be great , i have searched the forums for this info, but no one seems to have 18 inch wheels with 40 profile tyres, im thinking the specs are 215/40/r18.

Thanks

I have 18x8.5 with 225/35 low profiles and not a problem at all.
Also lowered all round with king super lows.

40 series shouldnt be a problem and with only 215s i cant see it being a problem.

It depends on your shockers. When I got my new Koni Adjustables in the front, my front 40s started to rub. So I had to go for 35s. Basically, it all depends on your shockers. If your lucky it wont rub.

I've got 225x 35 Faulkens on 18" RS10's with Eibachs all round, no rubbing at all
