3 options
1.) Go to the DIY section & follow the headlight upgrade
2.) Get a Higher rating headlights upgrade kits with relay (I've got this, less muck around then the first, & only cost me $40, as i brought it from oversea)
3.) Upgrade to a good quality HID kits (Xennon), theres a group buy already, it will set u back $520, but it made a hell of a different (I've done this to my Bora)
On the note of HID, don't get those cheap made in China one (eg; ebay or firespot), as 90% of them will fail within a year, so you really wasting your time & money. You get what you paid.

Im not sure because I havnt adjusted mine yet. When I lowered my car the front was lowered a lot more then the back so I need adjust plus when I painted my car the headlights were taken out.
I would assume that they should be pointing straight forward.
Normally you park your car a certain distance from a wall and turn your lights on and measure the height the light is on the wall, but Im not sure of the exact measurments for the FTO.

Well i went to autojoy and bought Miramax Diamond Blue 100W this time as i bought the 50W ones on monday and even the 100W ones dont do any improvement, everyone that sees the headlights asks me y the buld is covered by that white buld cover....they say of course the light wont b bright if muffled by frosted cover...and i think that myself...but i have no idea how to take that frosted buld cover out and give it ago with out it.

Maybe the actual inside is dirty... i have the 100w and they won't blind you but they are bright at night, you just got to adjust them properly....the frosting is there for a reason, they are a convex lens.
If what you're after is to blind oncoming traffic then i doubt you will achieve it with the FTO's lens. Try cleaning them and adjusting them and then see if that makes a change.
By the way the 100w watt globe will eventually fry your bulb casing like it happened to mine, even though they still work i need to get new ones...
